iPhone repairs such as battery replacements and cameras are typically performed in store. For these types of repairs we aim for same day service provided you are able to get your device to us before 10:30am*.

Other major repairs such as devices that don’t power on at all, may have to be sent in to the Apple Repair Centre. These devices are typically back within 5-7 business days.*

Warranty repairs are covered without cost. Please note that not all issues (such as issues with software or accidental damage) are covered within Apple’s warranty, and in these cases fees may apply.

For devices outside of their Apple warranty, we charge a $39.00 diagnostic fee to assess your device and provide a quote on any service or repair required. This fee can be credited towards any repair gone ahead with for your device.

*Please note: This is subject to parts availability and demand. We will always to our best to provide you with an accurate ETA, but sometimes things do not go as planned (such as a late delivery of stock). We will do our best to keep you updated if this does arise.


*Depending on the nature of your issue, there may be a fee associated with your issue. Some repairs need to be sent to Apple's Screening location. If you get in touch with us, we will be happy to discuss this with you. **Display replacements/repairs usually take between 3-5 business days, this is not a same day service.

What do I need to do before bringing my device in?

Software Troubleshooting

Sometimes it can be a simple solution that does not require a visit that can get your device back up and working again. Performing some of the steps below prior to bringing it to us is recommended.

Try turning it off and on again
It may seem simple, but restarting your device by fully powering it off and then back on does resolve a lot of minor issues. Trying this before bringing the device in often saves a lot of red faces, so is of course recommended.

Restore
Plenty of issues can be caused by software. From poor battery life, poor performance, misbehaving apps, and more. Performing a software reset will bring your device back to factory settings with fresh software. This way if there are any issues with the software on your phone, it will be erased and start again.

Find My iPhone

Any device having service work performed will need the security feature Find My iPhone to be disabled prior to bringing your device in for service. Having this security feature enabled will delay your repair, or worse, we may have to wait until you have disabled it prior to booking your device in with us.
